Warehouse Associate

Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of Colony Hardware when it comes to preparing orders to get them ready to deliver to our customers. You will be a critical part of our process that keeps the commercial construction industry and our industrial customers working.

A Little About Your Day

• Select merchandise and prepare it for shipment
• Read pick tickets, prioritize critical orders, verify items match pick tickets
• Send picked orders to the packing department after verifying all items are free of defects or damage
• Move completed orders to appropriate shipment locations
• Pack goods following specific instructions and procedures, properly sealing and labeling all shipments

What You’ll Need For Success

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or packaging environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical work
• Experience working with RF Scanners
• Ability to navigate computer applications and websites

Pay Rate

$18.51 - $25.92 hourly
