Warehouse Associate
Description
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of Colony Hardware when it comes to preparing orders to get them ready to deliver to our customers. You will be a critical part of our process that keeps the commercial construction industry and our industrial customers working.
A Little About Your Day
- Select merchandise and prepare it for shipment
- Read pick tickets, prioritize critical orders, verify items match pick tickets
- Send picked orders to the packing department after verifying all items are free of defects or damage
- Move completed orders to appropriate shipment locations
- Pack goods following specific instructions and procedures, properly sealing and labeling all shipments
What You’ll Need For Success
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or packaging environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to work on your feet and perform physical work
- Experience working with RF Scanners
- Ability to navigate computer applications and websites
Pay Rate
$18.51 - $25.92 hourly
