About The Role And Your Impact
- Handle and transport materials throughout the facility
- Perform inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and condition
- Move materials between shipping, receiving, storage, and production areas
- Compile records for unfilled orders, shipping weights, and freight charges
- Prepare department records and reports
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literacy and basic data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Skills
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
- Experience with inventory control systems or ERP software
- Forklift experience (if applicable)
- Manufacturing environment experience
