Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join a leading wholesale supplier of wood and composite building products in our 260,000 sq. ft. facility in Bow, NH. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring materials are accurately picked and packed to meet customer demands, directly impacting product availability, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack building material orders with precision for customers.
• Organize completed orders in designated loading zones.
• Restock material and inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform other related duties to keep our operation running smoothly.

Requirements

• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Dependable with a strong aptitude to learn and deliver top-notch results.
• Team player mindset with attention to detail for efficient and accurate work.
• Strong multitasking skills and commitment to safety processes and protocols.
• Situational awareness and ability to use good judgment.
• Comfortable lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in a warehouse and outdoor lumber yard environment, around related equipment.
• Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• On your feet for 80% of the day with frequent reaching above and below shoulder height.
• Work environment is 100% on-site with regular attendance required.

Experience in a lumber yard or warehouse setting, order picking, and forklift/material handling experience are pluses but not required.

Schedule

Full time, Monday–Friday, no weekends. 100% on-site in Bow, New Hampshire.
