About the role

We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support distribution services, primarily managing shipment coordination, documentation, and cold chain logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Dispatch on shipment schedules and logistics.
• Preparing master airway bills for domestic and international shipments.
• Assembling packaging systems for pickups.
• Booking shipments with carriers and managing cold chain requirements across temperature ranges.
• Creating necessary shipment documentation and understanding airline rates and restrictions.

Qualifications and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Operational efficiency and accuracy in shipment processing.
• Proficiency with WorldSTAR and other courier systems.
• Full understanding of Cold Chain Management.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Pay

$22.00/hr.
