Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. Maintains operational records, updates inventory, and processes shipments while adhering to guidelines. Addresses operational exceptions and suggests process improvements to enhance visibility and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve quality.Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.Identifies and routes damaged or non-conforming materials per handling procedures.Coordinates material movement using approved equipment for safety and efficiency.Prepares packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities.Escalates handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent; supply chain certification preferred.Less than 2 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, cold chain management, and shipment documentation.Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and handle temperature-sensitive materials.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and support timely order fulfillment.
