Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and the production floor to support safe, efficient operations.
• Clean and prepare machines for the next shift, ensuring equipment is ready for production.
• Aid with basic machine upkeep and housekeeping to help maximize production uptime.
• Perform routine quality and visual checks while following established procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently as needed (training provided).
• Complete repetitive, routine tasks and rotate between equipment or work areas as business needs require.
• Follow all safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with production team members to keep operations running smoothly and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
• No manufacturing experience is required—we’ll train you!
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
