Warehouse Associate
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking, and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, MO. About the role
Chick-fil-A Supply is a distribution service provider focused entirely on serving the unique needs of Chick-fil-A® restaurants. We are in the early stages of development and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on launching this new service to restaurants across the nation.
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM until the work is done
- 4-day workweek (4 x 10-hour days)
- Schedule assigned according to business needs; flexibility required during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Pay
$21.75 per hour

Responsibilities
- Efficiency and organization: actively unload, stage, pick, and load products while on your feet
- Safety first: safely operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks; maintain a clean and safe warehouse

Requirements
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (–10°F to 100°F) to maintain food safety
- Physical demands: reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift; occasional use of mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds
- Education: high school diploma or GED
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation, interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications
- Travel requirements: up to 5%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse and/or material handling (preferred but not required)
- Previous work in food distribution (a plus)
