Warehouse Associate

Carjon Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our growing HVAC operation. This position is essential to keeping our technicians equipped with the materials and equipment they need to provide exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, tools, and materials for scheduled installation projects.
• Organize upcoming jobs to ensure crews have everything they need before leaving each morning.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory control.
• Keep the warehouse, storage areas, and company yard clean, safe, and well organized.
• Deliver parts, materials, and paperwork to technicians and job sites when needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles.
• Support light fabrication and other warehouse projects as assigned.
• Update inventory information using company software.
• Help maintain an efficient warehouse operation that supports both the service and installation departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, including a consistent 7:00 AM start time.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Pay

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
