About the Role
Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities, including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean‑up, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by site leadership. The role emphasizes a high‑performance culture, strong relationships, and community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments.
- Select items for orders.
- Haul freight within the facility.
- Audit inventory and documentation.
- Repack and sort products.
- Palletize goods for storage or shipment.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Perform housekeeping and other duties as directed by site leadership.
Requirements
- High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Lift and carry 25–75 lb; materials handled may vary.
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, though training is provided for the right candidate.
