Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our thriving team in Elk Point, AB. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry and possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Using an RF reader (scanner), receive, pick, and ship merchandise to customers.
• Perform inventory validations.
• Receive, offload, and put-away products into the warehouse.
• Prepare for shipment of goods to customers.
• Complete shipping documents and return forms.
• Keep the workplace clean and tidy.
• Ensure safety when performing tasks.
• Collaborate with peers in the accomplishment of work tasks.
• Look for improvement opportunities in the put-away process.

Requirements

• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Rigor and good organizational skills.
• Experience in operating counterbalance, order picking, reach trucks, and walkie riders.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment is an asset.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and self-starter attitude.
• Positive work ethic and a willingness to learn.
