Schedule
- Fulltime, Tuesday - Saturday 8 am - 4 pm (some holidays)
The role
- Receive and verify the accuracy of inbound shipments against invoices or packing slips to avoid errors and delays.
- Unload and unpack merchandise, checking for damage to prevent defective items from reaching customers.
- Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately to support efficient order fulfillment.
- Safely move and handle merchandise to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
- Label and stage shipments for carrier pick up or customer delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture that keeps workflows seamless and productive.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by managing customer pickups, including merchandise inspection, customer interaction, and loading assistance.
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
