Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our wine and spirits distribution team. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory stocking, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack and stage products for shipment or delivery
• Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and common spaces
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, battery-operated pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and two-wheel dollies
• Assist with general facility maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain safety as a top priority
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background screening
• Class E license preferred but not required
