Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Inventory control, cycle counts, and related tasks
• Parts assembly
• Picking, packing, and shipping of orders
• Stocking of shelves
• Servicing external and internal customer pickups
• Assisting in check-in/check-out, maintenance, and repair of rental equipment

Shifts vary Monday – Saturday from 7 am – 7 pm (shipping must be completed and/or delegated prior to leaving).

Requirements

• Enthusiasm, drive, and passion
• Incredible customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle everyday challenges
• Shipping & receiving experience
• Forklift experience
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Solid grasp of basic computer systems (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Reliability and accountability for high-quality work
• Ability to maintain composure in tough situations
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• High sense of urgency and strong motivation
• Balanced perspective and effective communication at all levels
• Brilliant task and time management skills (consistently completing tasks on time)
• Excellent attention to detail
