Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Stock, relocate, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.
- Equipment Operation: Able to operate and become certified on warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including regular sweeping, trash removal, and shelf maintenance.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime.
