BellSimons, based in Connecticut, has supplied HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration products to residential and commercial customers since 1940. The company offers a full range of equipment, controls, parts, and supplies from industry-leading brands including RUUD, Mitsubishi Electric, Delta, and Moen.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound freight handling, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Accurately pick, pack, and distribute sales orders and transfers; maintain inventory accuracy through counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Operate warehouse tools and material handling equipment safely while adhering to SOPs and PPE requirements.
• Load, unload, move, and stock materials efficiently; ensure products are secured and documented with proper bills of lading.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; proactively identify and report hazards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in warehousing or related functions.
• Strong aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs. (up to 100 lbs. occasionally) and pushing/pulling loads up to 300 lbs.
• Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily).
• Regular bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and sustained use of hands, arms, and feet.
• Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift.

This position requires approximately 40–43 hours per week.
