About the role
Professional Control Corporation (PCC), a subsidiary of Automation & Factory Solutions (AFS) and a SunSource company, is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a full‑time, direct‑hire position in a climate‑controlled warehouse in Germantown, WI. The role involves accurately shipping and receiving orders, assisting other departments as needed, and gaining hands‑on experience with wire, cable, and industrial automation products.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality control, review pick tickets, and package and label orders
- Complete shipping paperwork and ship out orders via UPS and FedEx
- Receive and inspect deliveries from UPS, DHL, & FedEx
- Review picking tickets and accurately pick orders
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
- Assist with general inventory duties including cycle counts, relocating, and put‑away
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with computers
- Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping systems (a plus)
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and cross‑train
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and lift 50 lbs

Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday
