Warehouse Associate

Ascentrafy is a brand operations agency supporting eCommerce growth through executional infrastructure. We manage backend fulfillment, Amazon FBA operations, inventory control, and logistics workflows for scaling brands. Our warehouse team is a critical part of delivering excellence across inventory and prep operations.

About the role

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment and operations team in Austin, TX. This role will be responsible for receiving, prepping, labeling, and organizing outbound inventory shipments to Amazon and other platforms. You'll play a key role in ensuring shipment accuracy, inventory integrity, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against packing slips.
• Prep products for Amazon FBA including labeling, poly bagging, and bundling.
• Organize and shelve inventory with clear labeling and category structure.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and packing areas.
• Assist with palletization, small parcel packing, and freight pickup coordination.
• Report damaged, missing, or miscounted inventory to Warehouse Lead.

Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse, prep center, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain safety/efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Amazon FBA prep is a plus.
