About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations by fulfilling logistical needs in processing, storing inventory, picking orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Branch: Walcro in Plymouth, MN
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
- Receive inventory and inspect products for damage; stock products to bin locations.
- Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant tools.
- Follow shipping and receiving SOPs for both paperwork and electronic systems.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
- Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards.
- Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed, including proper shrink-wrapping, strapping, and banding for storage and transport.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and/or fulfillment experience or a similar environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
- Must be able to regularly lift over 75 lbs.
- Forklift experience and ability to obtain certification.
- Experience in the flooring and/or building materials industry is a plus.
- Able to wear work boots and meet workplace safety standards.
- Must pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.
- Legally permitted to work in the United States.
Pay
$20–$22/hr
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
