About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations by fulfilling logistical needs in processing, storing inventory, picking orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Branch: All Tile - CCS in Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stocking products to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling tools.
• Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for paperwork and electronic systems.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
• Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards.
• Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed, including proper shrink-wrapping, strapping, and banding of pallets.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or similar experience.
• Ability to provide courteous, personal attention to promote customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
• Must be able to regularly lift over 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Experience in the flooring and/or building materials industry is a plus.
• Able to wear work boots and meet workplace safety standards.
• Must pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Pay

$20/hr

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
