Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join Align Aerospace, where our warehouse team keeps the aerospace industry flying safely and on time. This is a critical operations role supporting receiving, shipping, inventory, kitting, and pick/pack—all under one roof.

Responsibilities

• Receiving
  • Verify incoming product quantities and documentation
  • Scan and put away inventory using our ERP system
  • Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts
• Shipping
  • Prep pallets, boxes, labels, BOLs, and tracking
  • Ship domestic & international orders
  • Schedule pickups and ensure on-time deliveries
• Pick, Pack & Kitting
  • Pick and pack parts with speed and accuracy
  • Build customer kits to spec
  • Scan barcodes and keep materials flowing
• Inventory Support
  • Locate missing parts
  • Process special shipments, PODs, and priority orders
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work as part of a tight-knit team
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Learn multiple departments to be a jack of all trades

What Success Looks Like

• Hit daily productivity targets (pick/pack, receiving, shipping, kitting)
• Maintain accuracy—right part, right place, right time
• Be flexible and ready to help wherever the operation needs you

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of warehouse or similar experience
• Comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs solo (50 lbs+ with assistance)
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Shipping experience highly preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded

Pay

$18.50 per hour
