Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Maintain acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity and accuracy of products pulled.
• Maintain bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris (empty cartons, box tops, etc.) and by keeping product organized on shelves.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
• Maintain material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift.
• Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.

Qualifications

• Organization and Scheduling
• Dealing with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Maintain safety management requirements
• Aid in maintaining Inventory Control
• Must possess a “Can Do” team-player attitude at all times
• 12-18 months of experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing/being on your feet throughout the day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

About the Role

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Bartlett, TN branch. This position will be the 8am-5pm shift and reports to the Warehouse Manager. The role requires organization and scheduling skills, dealing with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines, excellent time management and attention to detail, maintaining safety management requirements, and aiding in maintaining inventory control. A high school diploma or associate's degree is preferred but not required. Physical requirements include prolonged periods of standing/being on your feet throughout the day and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
