Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Maintains acceptable efficiency rates for both quantity of products pulled and accuracy.
• Maintains bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris (empty cartons, box tops, etc.) and by keeping product organized on shelves.
• Carries or transports orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with materials‑handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.
• Operates any materials‑handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
• Maintains material‑handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting the battery to the recharging station at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and scheduling skills.
• Ability to handle complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Maintain safety management requirements.
• Assist in maintaining inventory control.
• Extensive warehouse walking and lifting of 50+ lb in a fast‑paced environment.
• “Can‑do” team‑player attitude at all times.
• 12–18 months experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or associate’s degree in Warehouse and Logistics.
