Warehouse Associate
Responsibilities
- Picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Maintain acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity of products pulled and accuracy.
- Maintain bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris and organizing product on shelves.
- Carries or transports orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms using materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.
- Operates materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
- Maintains material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction, and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift.

- Organization and Scheduling
- Dealing with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Maintain safety management requirements
- Affiliate in maintaining Inventory Control
- Extensive warehouse walking and lifting 50+ lbs. in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a “Can Do” team-player attitude at all times
- 12-18 months of experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Warehouse and Logistics
About the Role
Agilix Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for their Lenexa, KS branch. The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves picking customer orders via a bar coding system with high accuracy, staging finished products, and operating materials handling equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate must have organization and scheduling skills, deal with complex fulfillment orders, maintain safety standards, and possess a positive team-player attitude. While 12-18 months of warehouse experience is preferred, a high school diploma or associate's degree in warehouse and logistics is sufficient.
