About the role
Warehouse Associates play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure products for our Mom & Baby, Maternity Compression, and Sleep divisions are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently across the country.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and deadlines.
- Assist in restocking inventory and rotating products to maintain proper stock levels and organization.
- Place packaged items in the correct area.
- Keep warehouse aisles, storage locations, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (if certified).
- Comply with all warehouse safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ensure knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies; compliance is a condition of employment and an element of job performance.
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Able to complete repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player, collaborating closely with peers and leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with openness to feedback, training, and continuous improvement.
- Proven self-starter and self-motivated mindset, able to stay productive, take initiative, and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, workflows, and daily operational needs while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English clearly and effectively to communicate with team members, leadership, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Previous pallet jack experience preferred or ability and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency, with comfort using warehouse technology such as computers, scanners, and tablets, and the ability to adapt to technical updates or system changes.
Pay
$20 an hour
Schedule
6:30 am – 3:00 pm EST
