Warehouse Associate

Advancing Eco-Agriculture is a rapidly growing specialty plant nutrition and regenerative agriculture consulting company. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate at our Aurora Facility located at 2255 North Pagosa Street, 80011. As a Warehouse Associate at Advancing Eco-Agriculture, you will be responsible for various tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work closely with Manufacturing as well as Shipping and Receiving. As a team we actively work together to ensure that any and all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate: Receive, inspect, and store incoming productsPick and pack orders according to customer specificationsAccurate weighing and measuring of liquid productPrepare and load products for shipmentMaintain accurate inventory recordsOrganize and maintain the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and safetyAssist in managing inventory and conducting regular inventory countsOperate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficientlyAdhere to company procedures and protocols for handling and storing productsAssist with any other warehouse-related tasks as needed Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar role1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and production1-2 years of experience in shipping and receivingAbility to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacksKnowledge of warehouse safety procedures and protocolsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits 28.00 - 30.00 HourlyHealth InsuranceRetirement PlanPaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
