As a Warehouse Associate at Accent Decor, you’ll support daily operations across receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping—including small parcel and LTL (less-than-truckload) freight—in our 256,000 sq. ft. facility in Norcross. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of warehouse tasks.

The hourly pay range for this role is $18–$18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Use RF equipment for picking, receiving, and load functions.
• Stage finished products for loading.
• Load finished products onto trucks (small parcel and LTL).
• Unload materials from inbound trucks and containers.
• Verify counts and inspect incoming shipments for damage against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Move products and materials to warehouse storage and maintain accurate storage locations.
• Select appropriate packaging and apply correct labels/documentation for small parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and LTL freight (BOLs, freight labels).
• Prepare and verify bills of lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentation.
• Perform quality control and complete damage reports.
• Operate within standard operating procedures and Job Safety Analysis.
• Operate a forklift (certification required).
• Complete daily logs and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean work area and properly secure equipment when not in use.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
