Warehouse Associate

This role supports daily warehouse operations while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, combining order fulfillment, light manufacturing, inventory handling, and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for order placement and fulfillment.
• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Manufacture custom filters using tools such as a table saw, measuring tape, stapling assembly, or glue roller machine.
• Prepare orders for outgoing shipments via FedEx and regular freight carriers.
• Operate equipment including vans, trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move inventory safely.
• Receive incoming stock shipments, unload trucks, and stack inventory.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties (e.g., sweeping, trash removal, weekly bathroom cleaning).
• Load and deliver shipments using branch or customer trucks.
• Install HVAC filters in various air handlers.
• Remove and dispose of trash and debris, such as used filters, in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card (FMCSA requirements).
• Ability to multi-task and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English, including completion of daily paperwork and basic math.
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
