Warehouse Associate / Assembly Worker

We design and assemble high-performance lighting solutions for sports facilities, commercial buildings, industrial applications, and municipalities across the United States.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our operations team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble LED lighting fixtures and components according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Perform wiring, labeling, testing, and final inspection of finished products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
• Maintain accurate stock locations and support inventory cycle counts.
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or electrical experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
