About the role
TMMI is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage the receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products moving through our Wheat Ridge facility. This position plays an important role in ensuring inventory is received accurately, customer orders are shipped correctly and on time, and the warehouse remains safe and organized.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive and open incoming shipments. Verify products and quantities against vendor packing slips and TMMI purchase orders. Enter received quantities accurately into our ERP and inventory system, Epicor Prophet 21 (P21).
- Inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies. Communicate damages, shortages, or quantity discrepancies to vendors and the Operations Manager.
- Label, organize, and stock received products in the appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using P21-generated pick tickets. Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment. Prepare shipping documents and labels. Coordinate timely shipment through parcel and freight carriers.
- Verify that orders are complete and accurate before they leave the facility. Help resolve shipping discrepancies or special packaging requirements.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with inventory-management or ERP software is helpful; P21 experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and accurately compare part numbers, quantities, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, customers, and freight carriers.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly open boxes, count products, stock shelves, and prepare shipments.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, with assistance or equipment when appropriate.
- Ability to climb stairs occasionally.
- Ability to safely perform warehouse duties throughout the workday.
