Warehouse Associate (6-Month Contract)

About The Opportunity ARxIUM is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify products against receiving documentationReport discrepancies or damage and enter receipts into the ERP systemPut away inventory in designated warehouse locationsPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyPick and deliver materials for manufacturing assembly jobsPerform cycle counts and research inventory discrepanciesSupport inventory control and physical inventory activitiesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesAssist with order pulls and other warehouse-related duties as assignedWork independently with minimal supervision while supporting team objectivesWork overtime when required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience2 to 3 years of warehouse or distribution center experienceBasic computer skills and experience with data entryAbility to read and understand product descriptions, labels, and inventory documentationExperience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and picker machines is preferredExperience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems is an assetStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsBasic math skills and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and lift materialsAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentAbility to perform repetitive movements and adapt to changing priorities Why Join ARxIUM?
