Warehouse Associate (3rd Shift Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Picking products for customer orders
• Loading delivery trucks for next-day routes
• Building pallets and preparing shipments
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Working alongside a team to successfully complete the night's workload

Requirements

• Reliable and hardworking
• Comfortable working overnight hours
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs. consistently
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ready to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is helpful, but we're willing to train motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career

Schedule

- Monday - Thursday overnight schedule

- Three-day weekends every week

- 40 hours guaranteed

Pay

• Starting at $19/hour
• $1,200 Sign-On Bonus
• $300 after 30 days
• $400 after 60 days
• $500 upon joining the union
• Up to $1,000 performance bonus every 6 months
• Additional $500 bonus for top performers
• Overtime available during peak seasons
• Potential 1.5x payout for unused sick time
