Warehouse Associate - 3PL MIDSHIFT
Role Summary
As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. Key Responsibilities
- Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
- Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
- Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
- Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
- Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Can lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
- Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
- Able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
- Pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
- Willing to show up on time and have a strong work ethic
- Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
- Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience (preferred, but not required)
Benefits
- Up to $18.00/hour starting pay
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus just for joining the team! ($500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment)
