Warehouse Associate - (2nd Shift Monday-Friday 11am - 8pm cst)

About the role

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our warehouse facility's efficient operation. Primary responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing products, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and prior to shipment.
• Package all products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Routinely stack and unstack products, and lift 50+ lb repeatedly throughout the day.
• Assist in organizing and stocking received products in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring efficient use of space.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and time‑efficient work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment guidelines, including proper PPE use.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High level of accuracy in reading SKU numbers and processing orders.
• Ability to work both independently and alongside team members on a daily basis.
• Track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, lift 50+ lb, bend, stoop, and perform computer work; capable of meeting these demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
