Anticipated hourly rate: $19.25 - $19.95 (includes shift differential). Pay is determined by geographical location, education, experience, skills, and internal pay equity.

Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm or completion of work.
About the Role
Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, demand, supply, and manufacturing planning.
Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The role ensures the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to shipment to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).
Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks, learns and applies new methods, maintains licenses/training/certifications, and works on routine assignments with some problem resolution. Work is reviewed regularly by a lead or supervisor, and complex issues are referred to a supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working with heights of 20-30 ft regularly
- Ability to follow direction and change priorities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with technologies (e.g., computers, point-of-sale systems) is a plus
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Material Handling Equipment experience highly preferred
