About the role
American Bolt Corporation, a family-owned industry leader in fastener distribution, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their 2nd shift team. The position involves order filling and packing, product inspection, and supporting warehouse cleanliness and organization.Responsibilities
- Order filling and packing using an RFQ scanner
- Inspecting product for accuracy using bolt gauges
- Supporting warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Learning and assisting with Receiving and Kitting as needed
- Following all policies, safety guidelines, and warehouse procedures
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and/or order filling
- Forklift experience required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A self-starter who works well independently and with a team

- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to take initiative and perform tasks with minimal supervision
