Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

About the role

Our DC/Warehouse Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in picking, packing, staging parts, utilizing hand-held radio frequency devices (RF scanners), and moving boxes throughout the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Mark pallets with identifying store information
• Use the computer/RF scanner to enter records
• Operate equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
• Use voice picking system
• Keep work area neat, clean, and hazard-free
• Use a hand-held radio frequency device (RF unit)
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED/Home School equivalency
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Preferred Skills

• Prior warehouse training or experience (preferred but not required)
