About the role
DC/Warehouse Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in picking, packing, and staging parts, utilizing hand-held radio frequency devices (RF scanners), and moving boxes throughout the distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Mark pallets with identifying store information
- Use the computer/RF scanner to enter records
- Operate equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
- Use voice picking system
- Maintain a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area
- Use a hand-held radio frequency device (RF unit)
- Consistent, reliable attendance
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED/Home School equivalency
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Preferred Skills
- Prior warehouse training or experience (preferred but not required)
