Role Summary
As a Warehouse Associate at the Oak Park, MI distribution center (13390 Cloverdale St, Oak Park, MI 48237), you will pick and pack orders, receive and verify inbound shipments, palletize and wrap skids, load and unload trailers, handle material with pallet jack, electric pallet jack, or sit‑down forklift (propane), roll and pack laminate sheets, and put away and retrieve hardware orders.

- Roll and pack laminate sheets
- Put away and retrieve hardware orders
- Use RF scanner/barcode reader
- Count existing product to verify inventory numbers
- Stock incoming product in appropriate locations
- Fill orders for customer shipment
- Package orders to ship out
- Use computer/shipping system to create correct labels for each shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of warehouse experience with similar duties
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pass a 10‑panel pre‑employment drug test (including THC/Cannabis; any positive result results in failure – no exceptions for medical, recreational, or delta‑8 use)
- No criminal background check required
Physical/Mechanical Requirements
- Counting/packaging product on orders
- Use a mechanical rolling machine to roll sheets of Formica
- Attention to detail
- Work with others in the laminate area
- Punctual and dependable daily
- Forklift experience a plus but not required
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Experience using a scanner/RF gun
- Computer skills
- Exposure to various shipping software
- Work with others at a quick pace
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CT.
Pay
$18.00 per hour starting pay.
