About the role
Trinidad Benham Corp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This position reports to Melissa Underwood.
Responsibilities
- Use warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to maintain smooth production line operations.
- Manage inventory, handle shipping and receiving processes, and ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts.
- Load and unload trucks, transport, stack, and store products, supplies, and materials.
- Retrieve, weigh, and place product in appropriate locations.
- Label, sort, wrap, and prepare product for shipment.
- Maintain clean and organized aisles and racks, consolidate partial pallets, and rotate stock using FIFO methods.
- Complete required paperwork in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work area and comply with company safety policies and GMP/SQF procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer and math skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled production environment
- At least one year of shipping and receiving experience
- One to two years of forklift operation experience, preferably in a warehouse
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

$18.50 - $21.00 / hour
Schedule
Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30pm
