About This Team
Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.
A Day in the Life
- Will be assigned to a home department, however, may be asked to support in other departments of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate
- Picks, packs, processes, and ships orders in a timely and accurate manner as assigned by leadership
- Performs loading, unloading, order picking, sorting, and stocking tasks
- Safely and efficiently maneuvers carts, boxes, and equipment throughout the distribution center to support inventory movement, order fulfillment, and operational flow
- Operates and maintains various warehouse tools and equipment, including handheld scanners, devices, and inventory management systems, and other automated machinery
- Mets or exceeds productivity targets e.g. units picked per hour/orders per hour and takes personal responsibility around daily metrics and performance
- Understands safety guidelines for the distribution center and maintains a safe work environment through our safety program and continuous improvement mentality. Actively identifies, reports, and helps resolve hazards to maintain a safe workplace
- Reports malfunctions and issues to appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to Attendance, DC Guidelines and Standards of Conduct
- May be required to support or train peers as needed to ensure team success and knowledge sharing
- Actively participates in training, team-building activities, meetings, and personal development initiatives to support continuous growth and collaboration
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. independently and occasionally more with assistance
- Ability to stand/walk for entirety of scheduled hours in a shift
- Routine activities may include standing, walking, pushing and pulling for extended periods, lifting, twisting, using stairs, crouching, bending, reaching and stooping
- May be required to work at heights and within confined or tight spaces, following all safety protocols and procedures
- Comfortable working in an environment where multiple temperature zones are maintained
- Ability to tolerate variable noise levels
- Ability to learn and use in-house software applications and third-party technologies
- Demonstrate understanding of Microsoft Applications to support basic data entry tasks and communication
- Demonstrate flexibility to occasionally support operational requirements outside standard working hours, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or overtime, as needed
- Required to meet the physical demands outlined for the assigned role. These requirements reflect the essential duties of the role and are necessary to safely and effectively perform daily warehouse functions
- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits Package
- Typical Hiring Range: $19.75 - $21.95/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
- Target Bonus: 5%
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $20.74 - $23.05/hour
- Additional Shift Premiums: $1.00 - $1.00, depending on location
