Warehouse Associate 1

About the Role

The Warehouse Associate 1 is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the inbound and outbound operation
• Unload trailers by hand
• Move furniture with dollies and pallet jacks
• Ensure outbound picked furniture matches invoice before loading into contractor’s vehicle for delivery
• Ensure that outbound furniture does not have any damages or flaws
• Prepare customers’ orders, monitors, and ensures that outbound furniture is properly assembled
• Use proper lifting techniques: lift, push, stoop, twist, bend
• Use RF Scanners to scan labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination
• Consistently lift/move products up to 100 lbs
• Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Meet company standards for productivity
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a warehouse environment, withstanding climate changes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)

Pay

Hiring pay range: $19.00 - $24.70 per hour. Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt team members.
