About the role

Join the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States as a Warehouse Associate at Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries. This role involves a variety of material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling and assembling customer orders, and performing inventory checks. Daily use of forklift equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and assemble customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform inventory stock checks, restocking, and labeling vendor products.
• Maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.) and move, store, and replenish materials.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and perform receiving duties, including unloading inbound material and processing shipments.
• Process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, and performing restroom and general office maintenance.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Uphold a safe working environment by following all safety rules and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, strong organizational abilities, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
