We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Monroe, LA. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse remains cleaned, organized and inventory is tracked and organized. Why TAK? The Role Maintain warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organizedTrack and maintain inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organizedPlace orders and manage intake of deliveries, stocking shelvesIssue/return equipment to Technician’s on a daily and weekly basisComplete a daily reconciliation of technician equipment levelsParticipate in company vehicle management: clean and detail vehicles, deliver vehicles requiring repair to the repair shopAssign uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians; ensuring invoices are signedOther duties as assigned Requirements 1+ years of warehouse experience requiredExperience working in telecommunications a plusAbility to operate a pallet jack and certified forklift operator preferredExperience working with Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook and Excel a plusExcellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customersAbility to work independentlyAbility to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the timeAbility to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and toolsAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasionMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen) The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
