The Warehouse Operator Americas Nashville role is based in Nashville, TN and supports end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Support operational warehouse activities across the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Delivery (O2D) process.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products, spare parts, and repair‑related materials.
• Maintain efficient order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely customer deliveries.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Order Management, Customer Service, and Repair Services as part of the integrated Supply Chain Services team.
• Help drive operational excellence and a high level of customer service throughout the O2D process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP systems and shipping platforms is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• 1‑3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or related operational experience preferred.
• Forklift certification (employer can provide training).
• Hazmat battery shipping certification (employer can provide training).
