Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming deliveries against shipping documents and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Arrange materials, tools, and equipment in designated storage areas to maintain an orderly warehouse layout.
• Prepare and stage items for pickup, dispatch, or delivery to project teams and field personnel.
• Aid with loading and unloading trucks, equipment, and returned materials from job sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety practices throughout the warehouse to support daily operations.
• Help assemble and ready materials for transport to local project locations as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse support, logistics, shipping, receiving, or material handling is preferred.
• Comfortable with physically active work that may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience working with construction supplies or electrical materials is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep materials organized and accurately tracked.
• Dependable work habits and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
