Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Aid the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator in achieving budgeted gross margin by purchasing equipment and parts at the lowest possible prices or using warehouse inventory.
• Maintain oversight of all purchase orders to ensure timely issuance and proper designation of departments.
• Monitor and update the status of all purchase orders.
• Efficiently deliver parts and equipment to Technicians and Installers, avoiding unnecessary trips to supply houses.
• Use the TBR System to replenish truck stock based on Technicians' schedules.
• Count and report accurately on all serialized equipment monthly.
• Process warranty parts and labor credits promptly and follow up to ensure prompt credit receipt.
• Organize and maintain a neat, clean warehouse area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, and results-driven individual required.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized individual required.
