Duties
- Encode summary of all incoming parts and materials from supplier and Central Warehouse.
- Encode summary of all material receiving report.
- Encode summary of material issuance report.
- Prepare complete attachment of material receiving report.
- Forward accomplished transmittal slip to Head office and email the soft copy.
- Prepare proper filing of warehouse documents.
- Aid in receiving, issuance, and inventory of parts and materials.
- Prepare and update inventory master file.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
