Warehouse Assistant

Duties

• Encode summary of all incoming parts and materials from supplier and Central Warehouse.
• Encode summary of all material receiving report.
• Encode summary of material issuance report.
• Prepare complete attachment of material receiving report.
• Forward accomplished transmittal slip to Head office and email the soft copy.
• Prepare proper filing of warehouse documents.
• Aid in receiving, issuance, and inventory of parts and materials.
• Prepare and update inventory master file.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
