About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator 2 works under the supervision of the SCM Distribution and Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all inventory transactions are accurately recorded.
• Safely operates warehouse equipment and maintains secure inventory areas.
• Coordinates with operations teams to manage inventory levels.
• Conducts routine audits and supports physical inventory processes.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, minimizes loss, and supports safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of well-servicing and drilling materials and equipment.
• Working knowledge of inventory control practices and principles.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to operate inventory control systems.
• Ability to receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.
• Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with operations teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience.
• Forklift certification required.

Skills

• Additional certifications related to inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
