Brief Description Warehouse Assembly Technician As part of the America’s team, SANY is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Assembly Technician With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the appointment of a high-quality Assembly Technician This role is responsible for The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling SANY’s midsize excavator product line according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share. Key Responsibilities Assemble midsize excavator components and subassemblies following SOPs and engineering specifications. Use hand tools, air tools, and torque tools to perform precise mechanical assembly tasks. Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety best practices. Report defects, deviations, or potential safety concerns to the supervisor immediately. Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives. Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and wear always required PPE. Required Qualifications Experience using hand tools, air tools, and torque tools in a manufacturing or mechanical environment. Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods High school diploma or GED. Ability to meet scheduling and attendance requirements Preferred Qualifications Previous experience assembling heavy equipment, construction machinery, or similar industrial products. Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical systems. Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role is performed in a warehouse and/or equipment inspection environment. Work involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and working around heavy equipment and machinery. Employees may be required to lift, push, or pull materials and components weighing up to 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures may occur.
