Warehouse and Assembly Technician

About the role

The Warehouse Technician at Numotion is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and managing all inventory-related activities. This includes receiving shipments, managing returns, completing inventory transactions, and cleaning and organizing the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Receive all purchase orders and validate against packing slips within 24 hours.
  • Ensure all items within the warehouse are tagged, labeled, and stored properly.
  • Timely management of return authorizations (request, return, and reporting).
  • Complete inventory transactions within the operating system.
  • Clean and organize the warehouse to Numotion standards.
  • Manage waste by breaking down boxes, removing pallets, etc.
  • Sanitize and maintain fleet (rental, demo, loaner) equipment.
  • Provide guidance on proper inventory control procedures within the warehouse.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, And Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email, and Internet) required.
  • Supply chain/inventory management experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on set priorities.
  • Ability to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
