About the role
The Warehouse Technician at Numotion is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and managing all inventory-related activities. This includes receiving shipments, managing returns, completing inventory transactions, and cleaning and organizing the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Receive all purchase orders and validate against packing slips within 24 hours.
- Ensure all items within the warehouse are tagged, labeled, and stored properly.
- Timely management of return authorizations (request, return, and reporting).
- Complete inventory transactions within the operating system.
- Clean and organize the warehouse to Numotion standards.
- Manage waste by breaking down boxes, removing pallets, etc.
- Sanitize and maintain fleet (rental, demo, loaner) equipment.
- Provide guidance on proper inventory control procedures within the warehouse.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email, and Internet) required.
- Supply chain/inventory management experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on set priorities.
- Ability to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
